From the graduate class of 2018, in Baking and Pastry Arts Management at George Brown College in Toronto, Molly has returned to her roots in Thunder Bay and is making a name for herself in the local baking world. With a focus of high quality, homemade, single batch, made to order, and fresh ingredients, Molly's Sweet Bakes is a truly unique bakery.

Molly has always found a joy and passion in baking, which ultimately lead her to completing her pastry school diploma. A humble beginning in baking pre-made dough with her grandma, to Christmas cookies for her family's dinner, to her high school hospitality class, to George Brown College, to finally finding her voice in the Thunder Bay food industry.

Molly's Sweet Bakes became Molly's full time job in 2019, and with such amazing community support is now Thunder Bay's first Gourmet Cookie Boutique!
