Payments are due one week before pickup/delivery. This can be done via e-transfer/direct deposit (mollykusznier@gmail.com) or cash for flash sales only. All payments are final, dissatisfaction will not always be met with a refund- this is on a case-by-case basis, ordering is at the customers own digression. On certain orders (typically over $200) a non-refundable deposit may be required. This is to protect the company investment in the customers order without fear of loss.

Molly's Sweet Bakes reserves the right to decline any order or request made for any reason. All inquiries will be read and given a fair opportunity- ultimately it is up to Molly's Sweet Bakes weather or not an order will be accepted.

Most items are inherently nut free (unless otherwise specified). However, Molly's Sweet Bakes is not a nut-free kitchen, and cannot guarantee zero cross contamination. Molly is an Ontario Safe Food Handler, and sanitation guidelines are followed for all utensils, tools, and work surfaces. Ultimately, it is up to the customer's comfort level/ digression.
